Do I need special cameras?

No. thevisionqc runs on the cameras you already have on the line and around the floor — inference runs on the edge next to them, so there's no new hardware to buy to get started.

How much data do I need to train a model?

A handful of photos of your product is enough to begin, and your first model is on us. Operators keep labelling as they work, and each correction sharpens the next model — which trains in minutes on our cloud GPUs.

Does my data leave the factory?

No. Inference runs on-site, so your images never leave the line — there's no round-trip to a cloud and no data leaving the building. Faces are blurred at playback and you set how long anything is kept.

How fast is a verdict?

Well under a second — typically under 200 milliseconds from photo to verdict, fast enough to reject a part on the line as it passes.

Can it watch workplace safety too?

Yes. The same feed that grades a part can flag missing PPE, fire and smoke, and forklifts crossing no-go zones — quality and safety from one system.
